We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, never worn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY


Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If you have received your item and want to make a return with a size/article exchange:


First return shipping is free of charge, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Box the item again, undamaged with its labels and tape it closed.
- Insert the return label and three copies of the commercial invoice in the self-adhesive envelope enclosed with the return shipment (documents you will find inside the package)


- Follow the instructions on the return label:
1. You will be able to schedule a pick-up by contacting Fedex Customer Service
2. You will be able to go to a FEDEX LOCATION and drop off your parcel
- Send us an e-mail to customer.service@baronefirenze.it stating your order number, reason for return and size or item change requested, so we can prepare the item.
- When the parcel arrives at the location we will proceed with the shipment of the requested change. You will be charged the shipping costs directly upon delivery or by requesting payment directly from our Customer Service.


If you have received your item and would like to make a return with refund:


- Box the item again, undamaged with its labels and tape it closed.
- Place the return label and three copies of the commercial invoice in the self-adhesive envelope enclosed with the return shipment (documents you will find inside the package).
- Follow the instructions on the return label:

4. You will be able to go to a FEDEX LOCATION and drop off your package
- Send us an e-mail to customer.service@baronefirenze.it stating your order number and reason for return.
- When the package arrives at the location we will start the refund procedure using the same payment method you used. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and solve it.


Exceptions/Not returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), customised products (such as special orders or customised items) and personal care items (such as beauty products) . Furthermore, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of clearance items or gift certificates.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14-day cooling-off period in the European Union, Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, never worn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and register your refund.
